By using Ship or Stop, you agree to use the service lawfully and not to interfere with the product, its infrastructure, or other users.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for the activity that happens under it. You should provide accurate information and keep your login methods secure.
Paid features may be offered on a recurring subscription basis. If you subscribe, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge your chosen payment method. Pricing may change in the future, but changes would apply prospectively.
You retain ownership of the startup and account data you submit. You grant Ship or Stop the limited rights needed to host, process, and display that information as part of operating the service.
We aim to keep the product available and reliable, but the service is provided on an as-available basis. Features may change, be improved, or be removed over time.
Ship or Stop provides analytics and decision-support tools, not guarantees of startup success, revenue, fundraising, or commercial outcomes. You remain responsible for your business decisions.
We may suspend or terminate access if the service is used abusively, fraudulently, or in a way that threatens the platform or other users.
