Payments are processed by third-party providers such as Stripe. We do not store your full card number. We may store limited billing metadata such as subscription status, invoice references, and payment method identifiers required to manage your account.
We share data only with service providers and infrastructure partners needed to run Ship or Stop, or when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
We keep information for as long as your account remains active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, tax, security, and accounting obligations.
You can update certain profile information from your dashboard. If you want your account removed or have a privacy request, contact the operator of the service using the support channel made available within the product.
